Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, message us within 7 days of delivery at aesthetic.support@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help sort out an exchange.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please reach out to us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the item and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
