How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–13 working days to reach you anywhere in SA.

Will I get tracking?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

What if my size doesn't fit?

What is your return policy?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible — no questions asked.

📏 Sizing tip
